Sage Down,

Sunglasses On

A tropical exhale for the healers, holders, helpers, and recovering high-functioners.

If you've ever...

Held space for someone sobbing so hard you started crying too (but maybe pretended it was allergies).

Facilitated the kind of deep emotional transformation that should’ve come with hazard pay.

Hosted a ceremony, a circle, a sound bath, a moon ritual, or a full-body purge…

Served plant medicine, puked in the bucket, held the bucket, and then cleaned the damn bucket.

Said “I’m fine” with a twitch in your left eye while everyone else fell apart on your couch.

Envisioned of a goddess awakening inside of you and then had to make dinner for the kids right after.

This is sacred. This is silly. This is the medicine you didn’t know you needed. A jungle hideaway for the over-functioning mystics. The givers. The nurturers. The fierce and the fried. Let yourself receive.

MEET Melinda Brown

Hey, I'm Melinda!

Melinda is a seasoned space holder with a heart for deep connection, emotional safety, and authentic sisterhood. She has held space in sacred plant medicine ceremonies, led transformational women’s retreats, hosted “speed friending” gatherings, and facilitated soul-nourishing circles and connection-based events. With a background in both intuitive healing and community building, Melinda brings presence, depth, and play to every space she co-creates.

Now, alongside her dear friend Tammy, she’s answering a call that has long lived in her heart — to create the kind of restorative, joy-filled, soul-honoring space that she has always longed for. This retreat is for the givers, the space holders, the nurturers — the women who are always pouring into others. It’s time for them to receive. This is their first co-led retreat, woven from years of experience, heartache, healing, and the sacred desire to be held in return.

MEET TammY Anderson Ward

Hey, I'm Tammy!

I’ve been hosting transformational retreats since 2011—long enough to know that healing isn’t always quiet or tidy. Sometimes it’s a full-body ugly cry. Sometimes it’s followed by a spontaneous dance party. And sometimes it’s both, in under 10 minutes.

With over a decade of experience holding space for thousands of people through retreats, conferences, and healing sessions, I’ve learned how to guide the wild, beautiful process of personal transformation with a grounded heart. Because I know what’s waiting on the other side: more joy, more clarity, more YOU.

My superpower? Creating spaces where it’s safe to unravel and remember who you are. Spaces where you can giggle your way into alignment and rediscover that joy isn't just a bonus—it's your next chapter, and it’s full of fun, freedom, and adventure.

Let’s breathe, laugh, cry, play, and be together in Costa Rica.
The jungle is calling. So is your adventure and joy. Let’s do this.

Time is the only commodity you spend
